Critic Review: "Spring-like nose of fresh white peaches, pears, green apple, green melon and hints of jasmine and rose petals. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and acidity along with fruit flavors and plenty of body. Well balanced, this wine displays a pleasant freshness with citrus notes and a long finish."

My Review: This was one of the drier white wines I have had that I could smell and still want to taste it. It smelled very sweet, with a bit of a bite to it. When I tasted this wine, I initially did not like it. It was very bitter compared to  other white wines I have had, and it seemed acidic to me. As the tasting went on, I was able to get some of the fruit flavors, but I was not able to overcome the acidity that came with it. I think this wine would pair well with sweeter foods, and I think the acidity of the wine really helps to clear the palate.
